		<description>Hi Jim,

You can now study online for your ITIL V3 Foundation Course for much less than traditional classroom prices.

Our online learning course provides everything you need to simply learn the ITIL Foundation Course wherever and whenever you like.

Then, if you want to take the ITIL V3 Foundation Exam - you can do so at any Thomson Prometric Center.

There are 4 in Ireland - some in Dublin - which is handy.

Visit: http://www.ITILTrainingZone.com for details.

		<description>Hi,
You can do as I did regarding the Foundation exam and study it yourself, download the sample questions and used these as a guide, then go to the lovely people in New Horizons and they will allow you sit just the exam for about e200. Its cheaper than the 1500 which I agree is a complete waste of time and money.

However the Serivce Support and Service Delivery exams are a lot tougher and you cannot sit the exam without doing the course. The couse was beneficial but in terms of preparation for the exams, you just have to knuckle down and be prepared to learn streams and streams of ITIL definitions.
Regards,
Ken</description>
